Archaic Essence (5) is a crafting material in Enshrouded.
A radiant whirl of energy that is needed to insert gems into weaponry. While initially used by the Ancients, it was claimed by the Fell to fuel their brood until you freed it from its newly organic prison.

How to obtain
Archaic Essense can be found by harvesting the yellow bulbs found in Springlands Shroud Lairs.
Bulbs may also be found in the Shroud Gazer tunnels found behind some Fell spawners.
Usage
Archaic Essense is used at a Gem Forge to insert, upgrade and remove gems from weapons. Recycling gems will give Archaic Essence.
