Gem of Storm's Eye
Gem of Storm's Eye is a weapon Gem that can be slotted into Weapons at Gem Forges using Archaic Essence.
Hitting an enemy puts a mark on them for X. Hitting a marked enemy sends a lightning bolt to another marked enemy, dealing X damage. The attack can chain to more marked enemies. After lightning triggers, the effect has a X cooldown before it can retrigger from the same enemy. After the cooldown, the mark is refreshed.

This Gem is dropped by Vukah Berserker, Fell Commander and Shroud Stalker in the Nomad Highlands.
