Reading "About The Goods" (Lunar New Year Bandit Notes 1/1) adds a hint to the Set List. This block is then obtained by looting the Roughly Cut Stone Block in Netherton . It is found in a large glowing crate on top of a ruined building in Netherton. The crate can be spotted from the nearby Ancient Obelisk .
A block made out of rocks extracted from the grounds. Roughly cut to the right size to stack them. Great for building a foundation!
