Rested
Rested is a bonus that increases your maximum Stamina and regeneration.
Overview
The rested buff's strength (the bonus stamina and regeneration provided) is tied to the character level and entirely unaffected by Comfort level.
Rested buff provides 40 bonus stamina and 4 stamina regen at character level 1.
Bonus stamina increases by 8 on every even character level (2,4,6, etc) and Stamina regen increases by 4 on every single level

Requirements
Rested required three conditions to be met: No threats nearby, you must have some form of Comfort, Warmth and be Sheltered, Sitting or Sleeping.
