Gathering and utility tools

Axe, Pickaxe and Sickle each have four tiers. Wrench and Flashlight have two. Building Hammer, Paint Brush and Watering Can each have one. Every tier has its own crafting requirements.

Later repairs

Wrench II is needed for the ferry motor and transport balloons. Its recipe uses 4 Hardened Metal, 2 Casings and 2 Bolts.
