Hemotoxin is a long-term debuff applied by any enemy that poisons you like Spiders, Vicious Vines, Scavenger Matrons.
Repeated exposure to poison has thickened your blood, causing uncontrollable clotting. Health regeneration is halted.
Speak to the Alchemist to be given the quest A Cure For Hemotoxin in order to craft a Hemotoxin Antidote to cure yourself.
Effects
Health and Mana regeneration is disabled.
