How to obtain
This collectible is found at Everfrore Keep. Starting from the lowest entrance of the keep on the east side where the flame checkpoint is head south into the keep. Go to the left of the iron gate blocking the path, avoid traps, and lockpick the double door into the storage room. From here immediately head left and up two flights of stairs. Head straight through the door and you are on the other side of the metal gate. Turn around to face the way you came from storage and look up to see a balcony with another door. Climb up and lockpick the door to gain entry. Head through the room and go through the wall opening outside onto the scaffolding. Head left around the scaffolding and climb the metal grate. Head into the bedroom and go smash through the wooden barred door. The piece is on the balcony here.
