How to obtain
This collectible is found at Everfrore Keep. Starting from the lowest entrance of the keep on the east side where the flame checkpoint is head south into the keep. Go to the left of the iron gate blocking the path, avoid traps, and lockpick the double door into the storage room. From here immediately head left and up two flights of stairs. Head straight through the door and you are on the other side of the metal gate. Head south and climb the rubble to get up to the next floor. Continue south up the stairs and head to the right. You'll climb another small set of stairs and avoid floor traps. At the end head left again and run down to the tree. From here head left down the hanging stairs. At the bottom head right and then lockpick the metal gate door on the right. The piece is inside.
