Ancient Spire
Ancient Spires are teleportation structures constructed by the Ancients. The Alchemist theorizes that the Ancients constructed them as fast travel points. Only Ancients and Flameborn are able to enter the Ancient Spires.
Gameplay
Each Ancient Spire features various climbing puzzles, locked doors, and traps that must be overcome to reach the top. Later Ancient Spires have challenges themed to the biome or sub-biome.
Speak with The Flame at the top of each Ancient Spire to reveal the locations of Ancient Obelisks in the respective biome or sub-biome. Interact with the Ancient Obelisks to reveal the locations of Shroud Roots and Flame Shrines in the respective biome or sub-biome.
Speaking with The Flame unlocks the Ancient Spire as a fast travel point on the map. Ancient Spires are usually located near the center of each biome and allows the surrounding area to be quickly traversed by Glider.
